The half-dipped vanilla coconut ones are the standout for me, the semi-sweet chocolate shell cracks just right against the chewy coconut. Eighteen cookies disappeared in three days at my house, and the almond ones held up surprisingly well without going stale.

I wasn't expecting the plain almond ones to be my favorite, but they're chewy and light and the vanilla coconut disappeared even faster. The half-dipped semi-sweet chocolate ones were a nice contrast without being too sweet, and 18 cookies lasted about three days in this house.

The plain almond ones were gone by day two—so chewy and buttery at the same time, and the chocolate-dipped coconut version is a nice sweet-to-savory balance. The 18-count box lasted us a week, which feels like a solid deal for the quality.
