Fudge Brownies Chocolate Chip & Chocolate Chunk

I've bought these 1/4 sheet trays twice now for back-to-back family gatherings, and having four in a case means I never run out mid-event. The chocolate chunks are generously scattered throughout, so every single bite has that gooey, rich hit.

The edges were perfectly chewy while the middle stayed fudgy after I thawed them overnight for a meeting. Four full quarter-sheets meant I sliced them into big squares and still had plenty left for the family to snack on all week.

The four quarter-sheets arrived frozen solid, which made them easy to portion out for a meeting, though I had to plan ahead for thawing. They're rich and fudgy, but the chocolate chunks felt a bit sparse in a few of the slices. Fine for a crowd, just not the most decadent brownie I've had.
